Meet The Owner

Rosa M. Torres is the proud owner of her daycare program, which she opened 2½ years ago with the mission of providing a warm, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment for young children. Before opening her daycare, Rosa served as a foster parent beginning in 2018, gaining hands-on experience in creating a stable, loving, and structured home for children in care.

Prior to that, she worked for eight years supervising family visits for the Department of Children and Families, where she supported family connections and child well-being. These experiences shaped her dedication to early childhood education and inspired her passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel safe each day.

Rosa is CPR and First Aid certified and has completed safety training to ensure that all children in her care are protected and supported in a clean, secure, and developmentally appropriate environment.
